1. General VA

To Qualify:

i. You have to work for 100% of required working hours.

ii. You are NOT a CPA Manager.

iii. If you are working with us for more than 60 days.

Bonus:

Bonus Structure of 2015 for General VA

If You AttendYou will get
100% or More of Total Working HoursA division of 2% of the profit generate by your CPA Manager. The 2% of the profit of your CPA Manager will be divided by the number of assistants the manager has, you will get a part.

Example: Suppose your CPA Manager generates 10,000 USD profit for the company on the month of September 2015. The 2% of 10,000 USD is 200USD. If your manager has total 2 assistants including you then each of his assistants will get 200/2 = 100 USD. So you will get 100 USD as bonus on the month of October 2015. But you will have cover 100% working hours of that month too.

2. CPA Managers

To Qualify:

i. You have to be a CPA Manager

ii. You have to generate commission of 1000 USD or more.

iii. All CPA managers must include screenshots of the monthly sales stats for all the networks they are working with.

iv. The bonus will be from the PROFIT you will generate, after all the expenses. That means the profit will be counted after calculating all your expenses to generate the commission. Profit = Commission – All the expenses

iv. You have to work for 100% of time – as you are a manager you have people working under you. Your time brings work to the assistants and the commission too. You have eight days a month as weekend so if you missed work for two three hours or 10 hours its not impossible to cover it in a month – unless you have a legit issue with papers/certificate to show. And also if you give 100% time the commission you have to make mentioned below is very easy to make. This is just to appreciate your work and time you are giving here in Marketing Idea Lab Inc.

Example: Suppose you as a CPA Manager generated 10,000 USD COMMISSION for the company on the month of September 2015. All kind of expense such as: Total of All Kind of Articles Expense, Total Fiverr Gig Expense, Total Salaries of Your Assistants, Time Doctor Cost, PMS Domain Cost, Hosting Cost, Voluum Cost, HMA Cost, Clicky Cost for your PMS, Total of Your Salary and Bonuses — the total expense for that month is 6,500 USD. So the profit you generate is : 10,000 – 6,500 = 3,500 USD. The 8% of 3,500 USD is 280 USD – which is your bonus for the month of September 2015. 

Commission: The amount earned after each product from a CPA network managed by a CPA Manager gets sold. It is the plain value in USD shown on CPA networks as commission earned.

Profit: The total amount of USD after subtracting the total expense from total commission of a CPA Manager. The total amount of expense summing all these: Total of All Kind of Articles Expense, Total Fiverr Gig Expense, Total Salaries of Your Assistants, Time Doctor Cost, PMS Domain Cost, Hosting Cost, Voluum Cost, HMA Cost, Clicky Cost for your PMS, Total of Your Salary —— will be deducted from the total commission generated by all the network commission a CPA manager generated; we will call that profit. Profit = Commission – All the expenses
